| After South Gate High I went to
compton Jr collage then into the Army and a tour of duty to Korea for 13
months... After the service, I worked for my father in the car business
for a few years and in 1967 I went to work for Simpson Buick in Downey
and was there for 11 years... During that time I married Sue Furman
class of 59.... We have twin daughters 37 years old and two grand
children...
In 1978 I went to S&J Chevrolet and we opened the Cerritos Auto Mall... I co-managed that store for 23 years until I retired... During that time I was divorced and took up flying and owned a plane for 10 years... a wonderful experience...I did a lot of traveling during that time in the plane and by trips provided by General Motors.... When I retired in 2001 I sold the plane and replaced it with a
Corvette... I enjoy traveling although I did not get to do any this past
year... I also enjoy wood working.. I do a lot of wood turning and make
items of exotic woods... I am unmarried and still live in Downey,
California
