Don and I have been married 43 years... We met when we were 17 and Don was in the Marine Corps... We have three sons and four grand daughters... They all live close and we see them often.... Retirement is great... Don retired from the Vernon Fire Dept in 1992 after 28 1/2 years and I retired from South Gate Jr High as a Special Ed Aide for 17 years.. We both love to camp and travel in our R.V, visiting family and friends all over the United States... Don and I still live on the same street, Wood Ave in South Gate... I have lived there since I was 3 months old...One of our sons lives in my late mothers home on the same street. Don collects antiques and old cast iron banks and such.....Pat
