In 1963 Danny married Mary Jane Lesser, another South Gate alumni. Mary
graduated in W'61. They had two children, one girl, one boy. Danny worked
as a millwright in various can manufacturing plants. In 1970, while working
for StarKist Foods, Can Division, Danny along with Mary and kids was sent to
work in Puerto Rico for one year. In 1973 the Jordan family was sent to
Canada for 9 months and then on to Pago Pago, American Somoa where they
lived for four wonderful years. During that time they bought a 41 ft sail
boat and at the end of four years the family sailed back to the U.S..

Both Danny and Mary retired in 2001 and now live in Phoenix, AZ. They have
six grandchildren.
