said...Well I guess we are getting old we have moved to Lake San Marcos with the other retired
people. All I have now is golf, fishing, and boating and Dawn has swimming, art and boating, she has a kayak and I have a pontoon boat on the lake so come on down, my boat holds about 15 people and Dawn's holds two and you have to paddle, not on my boat unless we run out of gas. ( only happened once and I had 4 great rowers)
The family keeps growing ,our 17th grandchild is in the oven and due in Feb. We now have 3 great granddaughters and one great grandson.
After my oldest son passed away 3 years ago his wife remarried and moved to Ohio with 4 of the grandchildren, so we don't get to see them very often, the rest of the kids and their family's live in the area and we do get together when we can
find a big house, I sold mine, 3 of the girls have homes big enough to hold most of us with a little over flow out side.
I have stepped down as president of the board of Hospice of the North Coast after 6 great years, I will stay on the board but in a lesser roll. I am very active in the Hi Noon Rotary club in Carlsbad and that is were you will find me every Monday for lunch.
I still own a Promotional Product Company but try not to work to much, my daughter Heather is in charge so I can get out and play golf. Having Callaway Golf as one of our customers means all my equipment comes from Callaway and I can vouch for the fact that it is not the equipment that make me a bad player it's the guy swinging the clubs. So if you would like to beat someone in golf give me a call....

I excepted for the 4th time, the job as President of the board of Director of Hospice of the North Coast.
This is a one year term that is now in its 4 year and who knows what next year will bring, I do enjoy the
position and the people who work at Hospice.
I found that I had some time on my hands so I excepted the position as President of the Carlsbad Hi noon
Rotary. I had the good fortune to go to the Rotary International Convention in Australia and to travel to New Zealand while we were down under....
